Simplifying claims with ‘no-claim’ innovation for AXA Global Healthcare

AXA Global Healthcare aimed to simplify the claims process for their international health insurance customers, addressing a key pain point around the administrative burden of making claims abroad.

We helped AXA GH envision a groundbreaking “no-claim claims” process, where customers would use a virtual credit card stored in their digital wallet. This card could be ‘swiped’ directly at clinics, eliminating the need for claim forms and receipts.

Unlocking the power of a global innovation ecosystem for Generali

Generali, one of the world’s largest insurance carriers, set out to unlock the potential of its 70,000 employees across 50+ countries by creating an environment where innovation could flourish across every level of the organisation.

We partnered with Generali on an intensive 90-day sprint to bring this vision to life. Together, we developed a group-wide strategy and a governance model that would support sustainable, impactful innovation. To kickstart the ecosystem, we launched cornerstone initiatives, including a global innovation fund to back promising ideas and an international network of innovation champions to drive engagement.

Aviva: Turning ideas into sustainable solutions with idea developers

Aviva wanted to encourage sustainable innovation within the company, so they launched an idea challenge but needed a way to refine and develop the best ideas from employees.

We partnered with Aviva to deliver the Idea Developers program, an eight-week experience that included expert-led webinars, ideation sessions, and a platform for daily missions, customer feedback, and coaching. The program culminated in a Dragon’s Den-style pitch to Aviva’s Executive Team.
