Ninety Consulting are delighted to have been selected by a Tier 1 insurer to run a series of insurance innovation pilots.
The insurer, who is terming this their “Moonshots” approach, have asked Ninety Consulting to apply our highly-structured 1-day MVP methodology to bring a design thinking approach to a number of Big Ideas.
The Moonshots pilot will take place during Q1-2 2018, with an initial focus on commercial lines insurance innovation hypotheses.
The 1-day MVPs will include a range of stakeholders from across the insurance business. We are also bringing to the Moonshot programme a number of end users/customers, to enable customer co-design.
Our 1-day MVP process is part of Ninety’s 123 Framework™ for insurance innovation, which brings together design thinking, Lean Startup approach, and Scrum/Kanban forms of Agile to take new insurance ideas to market in 60 days.
The use of this framework allows our clients to dismiss the ideas that are not worth pursuing and select and develop the innovative concepts with the highest potential. Being able to zero down on the top ideas makes it possible to accelerate the route to the market and innovate at a competitive pace.
