Tom Hardcastle (pictured left) is a Senior Partner at Ninety and oversees client relationships across our regions.
He is an experienced senior executive who has held Board positions with responsibility for P&L and digital strategy in the financial services, insurance and consumer services sectors.
Tom is a holistic thinker who excels at translating strategies into impactful transformation activities which achieve commercial and operational goals. He leads relationships with many of Ninety’s valued clients including Allianx, AXA, Bupa, Generali, Swiss Re, Travelers and Zurich.
Gregoire de Montaigu (right) is a Client Partner at Ninety, responsible for transformation and innovation strategic guidance for Clients in Europe.
Ex-AXA Digital Transformation at Global and local level, Grégoire is involved in Insurtech since 2014. Grégoire has led numerous transformation and innovation programmes for Core (Omnichannel distribution, Selfcare) and Future Core (Connected Health, Cars, Home, Parametric insurance, etc.).
He is an active – but very humble! – investor on a personal basis, mostly in French start-ups, his home market.
