Dan Webster (pictured left) is an Innovation Consultant at Ninety. He is an engineer by training with a background in the start-up world and passion for innovation.
Dan has implemented Ninety’s 123 Framework™ across P&C, commercial and specialty to bring new insurance ideas to market. In the US, he delivered our Innovation ABC™ program for a $30bn American P&C insurer, building a new self-sustaining innovation model in 12 months.
Becca Higginson (right) is an Engagement Lead at Ninety. Her background is in startups, having spent four years developing two of her own and then using her skills to support others with experimentation and strategy. Her approach combines hands on, practical experience with an academic angle, having gained a masters in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL.
Becca has been at Ninety for four years, where she leads client projects; delivering innovative propositions, developing innovation functions and implementing wider cultural change. She has a keen eye for customer centricity, always keeping customers at the heart of projects.
