Swiss Re Corporate Solutions engaged with Ninety to explore ways to deliver more ESG related product and service offerings through Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance.
We were also asked to help the Swiss Re CorSo team to ‘grasp’ the sustainability landscape, to enable them to better understand how it impacts their D&O clients.
Ninety used the tried and tested stage 0, from our 123 Framework™, to help Swiss Re understand the ESG landscape in the context of D&O insurance through a series of interactive, collaborative and fully virtual workshops.
What’s more, our team interviewed 27 of Swiss Re’s D&O clients to bring a real customer lens to these workshops.
Then, through a series of structured ideation and filtering sessions, we worked with the Swiss Re team to move from information and insights, to ideas culminating in the development of 4 excellent concepts that we articulated as a single and cohesive, value-creating ecosystem ready for Swiss Re to take forward.
Ninety helped Swiss Re to quickly grasp the problem of ESG in the D&O space, and bring the client’s voice to life through a purposefully designed series of exploration and ideation sessions.
We also helped the Swiss Re team to package and articulate the ideas in a format that is easily communicable and shows the “art of possible” to help the team to continue to develop ideas and build momentum with internal stakeholders.
