Dan Webster (pictured left) is an Innovation Consultant at Ninety. He is an engineer by training with a background in the start-up world and passion for innovation.
Dan has implemented Ninety’s 123 Framework™ across P&C, commercial and specialty to bring new insurance ideas to market. In the US, he delivered our Innovation ABC™ program for a $30bn American P&C insurer, building a new self-sustaining innovation model in 12 months.
Hugo (right) is a Client Partner, Europe, at Ninety where he helps insurers make the most of the opportunity presented by innovation. He leads thinking on innovation education both at Ninety, and as founder of 16×16 in the wider community. Before moving to insurance he’s been involved in startups for 25+ years having created game changing products for global brands like Vogue, Paddy Power and The Times as well as his own startups.
His strategic view on innovation has led to him overseeing the introduction of whole innovation units, digital transformations and new product development and having previously run London’s first AI Consultancy he was one of the pioneers introducing Chatbots into the insurance space.
