Dan Webster (pictured left) is an Innovation Consultant at Ninety. He is an engineer by training with a background in the start-up world and passion for innovation.
Dan has implemented Ninety’s 123 Framework™ across P&C, commercial and specialty to bring new insurance ideas to market. In the US, he delivered our Innovation ABC™ program for a $30bn American P&C insurer, building a new self-sustaining innovation model in 12 months.
Tom (right) is Senior Partner at Ninety. He has a strong background in Financial Services fulfilling strategy, change, operational and P&L roles and played a leading role in the transformation of Co-op Insurance from 2013-16 as a member of the Executive. At Ninety, Tom leads client engagements and helps large corporates act like nimble startups to deliver and thrive. He holds a Masters from the University of St Andrews and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
