Hugo is a Client Partner, Europe, at Ninety where he helps insurers make the most of the opportunity presented by innovation. He leads thinking on innovation education both at Ninety, and as founder of 16x16 in the wider community. Before moving to insurance he’s been involved in startups for 25+ years having created game changing products for global brands like Vogue, Paddy Power and The Times as well as his own startups. His strategic view on innovation has led to him overseeing the introduction of whole innovation units, digital transformations and new product development and having previously run London’s first AI Consultancy he was one of the pioneers introducing Chatbots into the insurance space.
