The Persona template is a well known and loved tool that we use in the insurance innovation process. A customer persona allows you to stay close to your users and represents their needs and motivations towards an insurance product.
Once you have spoken to your customers, you will find out that, even in your target group, different personalities shine through. Not all customers have the same insurance needs, wants, and motivations. In the template, you will find space to document what your customer is like, and write down their motivations, expectations, and what frustrates them about insurance.
