Aviva wanted to encourage sustainable innovation within the company, so they launched an idea challenge but needed a way to refine and develop the best ideas from employees.
We partnered with Aviva to deliver the Idea Developers program, an eight-week experience that included expert-led webinars, ideation sessions, and a platform for daily missions, customer feedback, and coaching. The program culminated in a Dragon’s Den-style pitch to Aviva’s Executive Team.

The program equipped over 20 employees with new innovation skills, and six ideas reached the pitch stage, with winning concepts moving forward for further development. This initiative has reinforced Aviva’s commitment to sustainability and internal innovation.
Zurich’s Enterprise Services Leadership team wanted to strengthen innovation capabilities, focusing on business resiliency and sustainable operations. They needed a structured approach to develop ideas and align on practical opportunities.
We ran a three-day Innovation Bootcamp for Zurich, where the team developed problem statements, brainstormed solutions, and assessed ideas based on desirability, feasibility, and viability. One promising idea was further developed through a second Bootcamp session.

Generali wanted to foster a culture of “innovation, everywhere for everyone” and ensure high-quality ideas were submitted to their group innovation fund.
We created and continue to deliver a Champions program, training over 200 innovation advocates across 20+ countries. The program equipped champions with facilitation skills, innovation tools, and ongoing support from Ninety coaches to lead initiatives locally.

Since launching, the program has increased both the volume and quality of ideas submitted to the fund, with champions driving in-country initiatives, such as new business lines and customer loyalty programs. This Champions community is now a core part of Generali’s innovation strategy.
Allied World wanted to create a unified mindset among its diverse project team as they worked to develop a new market proposition.
To kickstart this project we delivered a “Mindsets Inspirer” keynote, where the team explored key innovation mindsets and developed a shared “mindsets charter” to guide their approach. This charter became a reference point throughout the project, keeping everyone aligned and focused.
